Mike Thabet

Mike Thabet has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Mike is currently a Co-Founder at Starfish Specialty Insurance since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at The Distinguished Programs Group as the SVP and Head of Product Development from June 2019 to April 2021. From April 2017 to June 2019, they served as a Senior Vice President and Program Executive at Distinguished Programs, and from August 2011 to April 2017, they held the position of Vice President of Corporate Development and Program Analytics. Earlier in their career, they were an Assistant Vice President and Product Manager at Distinguished Programs from January 2008 to August 2011. Additionally, Mike Thabet served on the Board of Directors at Distinguished Re Ltd. from January 2016 to June 2019.
