Rhonda Stagg has over 40 years of work experience, starting as an Accounts Payable clerk at Comet Rice, Inc. in 1979. Rhonda eventually became an Assistant Controller and prepared financials for multiple divisions and departments at American Rice, Inc. In 1998, they joined Stargel Office Solutions as the Vice President of Finance and Administration, where they are responsible for HR, 401k management, sales commissions, insurance, and overall financial and administrative duties. Stagg's current position is with one of the largest independent office equipment dealers in the southwestern United States.

Rhonda Stagg earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University, where they studied from 1975 to 1981.
