Mingyee Lin

MingYee Lin is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as Vice President of Mobile Networks at StarHub since May 2023. Prior to this role, MingYee led Singtel's 5G program from November 2016 to October 2021, overseeing the nationwide rollout of 5G networks in Singapore. MingYee's previous positions include Head of End-to-End Network Architecture at Telkomsel, DSVP of LTE Projects, and Senior Technical Advisor at Globe Telecom, focusing on broadband mobile network planning and management. Additionally, MingYee held the role of Director of Mobile Network Engineering at Singtel, where responsibilities included LTE network rollout in Singapore. Early career experience includes roles at Warid Pakistan as GM of Planning & Projects and DGM of Technology. MingYee holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
