Uday Rajawat

Uday Rajawat has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Uday currently serves as Quality Head at STARION Group since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as Deputy Manager at Robertshaw from July 2019 to April 2021. Uday also held the position of Assistant Manager QA at Haier Appliances India Pvt Ltd from August 2017 to July 2019, leading the Field Quality and Outgoing Quality Department for the refrigerator division. Uday was responsible for handling customer complaints and implementing actions to ensure customer satisfaction. Before that, Uday worked as a Senior Quality Engineer at Invensys, which was later acquired by Schneider Electric, from December 2011 to August 2017. Uday started their career as a Quality Engineer at LG Electronics from June 2007 to December 2011.

Uday Rajawat obtained a Bachelor's Degree in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) from Bundelkhand University in the year 2005. Uday then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University between 2008 and 2010. Following this, from 2013 to 2016, Uday Rajawat completed an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University. In terms of additional certifications, they earned a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from LG Electronics in 2010 and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the Institute of Quality and Reliability - India in 2016. Uday Rajawat also received multiple awards, including the Star Performance Award from Haier Appliances India Pvt Ltd in January 2019 and the Best Performance Award in the Euresia Group from Invensys - Acquired by Schneider Electric in 2015.
