Anna Julia D'Oliveira has over three years of experience in talent acquisition and tech recruiting. Anna Julia began their career in 2019 as a Tech Recruiter at WA FENIX, where they were responsible for recruitment, analysis, and alignment of profiles according to vacancies. In 2021, they joined AME Digital as a Mid-Level Tech Recruiter, where they worked as a Backend Partner and Talent Advisor. Anna Julia was responsible for recruiting Java developers, building a scalable HR pipeline, improving processes, and creating the Fast Faword entry program. Anna Julia also worked as a Mid-Level Tech Recruiter at Uber, where they were responsible for the full recruitment and selection cycle for Backend, Frontend, QA, and Android and IOS engineers. Currently, Anna Julia is working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Teacher and Founder at Bee Trainee, where they are mentoring people who are looking to join the tech recruiting market and teaching them everything they know. Anna Julia is also training the team to be prepared and working with national and international companies. Anna Julia D'Oliveira began their educational journey in 2017 with a certification in Auxiliar de Recursos Humanos from Senac Brasil. Anna Julia then obtained a certification in Auxiliar de Escritório from Senac São Paulo in July of 2017. In 2018, they earned a certification in Startup in School - Future Ideias and Inovation from Google. In February 2021, they obtained a degree in Extensão in Negociação e Gestão de Conflitos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Anna Julia is currently completing their Bacharelado in Administração de Empresas from Centro Universitário FAM and is expected to finish in 2022. Anna Julia also has several certifications in IT Business Partner from FIAP, Logica de Programação from Alura, and Formação Tech Recruiter from Feel Academy, all obtained in June 2022.
