Oliver Allcock has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Oliver started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Recart Ltd, where they specialized in recruiting for various sectors such as Automotive, Oil & Gas, and Engineering. Oliver later became a Senior Consultant, handling recruitment at all levels. Oliver then moved on to work as an Internal Recruitment Consultant at Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland before being promoted to ATS Project & Recruitment Lead and ultimately Recruitment Manager. Currently, Oliver is the Head of Recruitment at STARK Building Materials UK, overseeing recruitment for several brands in the construction sector.

Oliver Allcock has CIPD Qualifications at a Level 5 in Human Resources Management and Services. Oliver also has a leadership and management degree from the Chartered Management Institute, obtained through a higher apprenticeship via Saint-Gobain. In addition, Oliver has earned an NVQ and City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering Levels 1, 2 & 3 from Central College Nottingham. Oliver has also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2021.
