Ben Waite

Ben Waite is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in electrical systems and software development. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer, Feature Manager, and Firmware Engineer at Starkey Hearing Technologies since August 2014, Ben has a solid foundation from previous roles at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, where contributions included leading a team for 787 electrical system support and receiving a patent for Dynamic Electrical Load Management. Earlier experience includes the Ford College Graduate Program Engineer position, focusing on electrical systems support during the launch of the 2006 Ford Fusion. Ben holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering/Signal Processing from the University of Michigan, a Java Programming Certificate from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan.
