Shelli McGuire

Shelli McGuire currently serves as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Revo Health since December 2023. Previously, Shelli has been the Vice President of Total Rewards at Starkey Hearing since April 2017, overseeing comprehensive HR functions that attract and retain top talent while aligning with the company's strategic goals. Shelli has extensive experience in HR technology and benefits, having previously built total rewards functions and modernized HR offerings. Prior roles include Senior Manager of HR Technology at G&K Services, where Shelli led significant HR initiatives. Shelli McGuire holds a MA in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a BA in Psychology from North Dakota State University.
