Nilka Luechauer

Nilka Luechauer has extensive experience in project management and business analysis in the field of informatics. They started their career at Polaris, where they served as a Program Manager and System Engineer/Programmer, implementing an information system for the Port of Maracaibo and the Port of La Guaira in Venezuela. Seeking professional growth, they then joined Starlims Corporation as a Project Coordinator/System Engineer/Programmer, responsible for coordinating and implementing projects in the Latin American Division. They also played a key role in building the Latin America team by hiring appropriate resources.

In 2000, Nilka joined Starlims Corporation's parent company, Starlims AN Abbott Company, as a Senior Project Manager/Manager for USA and Latino America Quality Manufacturing Professional Service. They were responsible for implementing global Starlims installations in Latin America and the United States, managing a team of implementation software engineers.

In 2011, Nilka transitioned to Abbott Informatics and took on the role of Program Manager, overseeing Abbott Informatics implementations and ensuring customer success with the Starlims product. They managed project managers, business analysts, and implementation software engineers, and successfully trained and supervised a team for the USA and Latin America.

Most recently, Nilka joined STARLIMS in 2021 as the Manager Business Analyst CoE, PMP/Project Manager/Business Analyst. In this leadership role, they manage STARLIMS Informatics implementations, collaborate with product managers to incorporate user requirements, and oversee a team of business analysts.
