Elen Dafydd

Elen Dafydd is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as an Analytics Engineer at Starling since May 2025. Prior to this role, Elen worked at Schroders from April 2021 to April 2025, initially as an Analyst Developer through a placement with Kubrick Group and later as an Associate Business Analyst following a permanent offer. Elen's career began at Kubrick Group in early 2021 as a Data Consultant after completing an intensive four-month training program. Earlier experience includes a position as an Operations Coordinator at St. James’s Place, where guidance was provided to partners and stakeholders during business sale purchase processes. Elen holds a Bachelor's degree with honours in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed in 2020, and is a graduate of Ysgol Bro Morgannwg.
