Jenny Morgan

Jenny Morgan is an experienced talent and learning leader currently serving as the Head of Talent & Learning at Starling Bank since October 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing a team focused on Talent, Learning & Development, Compliance Learning, Learning Technology, Engagement, and Inclusion & Diversity across multiple sites. Prior to this, Jenny held several significant roles at bp from 2006 to 2020, including Talent, Leadership & D&I Director, where leadership of a global team supported a large workforce in various international locations. Previous experience includes positions as Head of Talent and HR Capability Manager, and Group HR Manager at Orange, along with HR Manager at BAE Systems. Academically, Jenny holds a Master’s degree in Psychological Assessment in Organisations from Goldsmiths, University of London, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Middlesex University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from the University of Westminster.
