Kelvin C. is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT operations and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Workplace Technology at Starling Bank since May 2022, Kelvin previously held key positions such as Information Technology Operations Manager at Bulb and Global IT Operations Manager at Cheetah Digital.
