Max Johnson is currently working as the APAC Programme Delivery Lead at Starling Bank, a tech-first company known for being Britain's Best Bank. Prior to this, Max held roles at Revolut and EY, where Max focused on strategy and operations within the financial services sector. With a background in management consulting and a Master's degree in Management from Imperial College Business School, Max has a deep understanding of customer-led growth strategies and implementing digital solutions in the banking industry.
