Account Coordinator

Efficiently and effectively support the Account Team

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with agency subject matter experts

  • Assist Account Team to deliver quality, on-time deliverables to the Client.

  • Conducts competitive analysis

  • Serves as a brand ambassador to help ensure work reflects the brand

  • Assist in managing the internal agency process, daily tasks supporting the Account Team

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining all necessary records for assigned accounts, including initiating all paperwork for all jobs, maintaining historical files and supporting Account Director in updating the Account Plan

  • Remains knowledgeable of the status of assigned projects and helps to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

  • Attends meetings as necessary to understand internal process and strategic discussions

  • Participates as required with new business research

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising or Marketing or similar profession in Account Management
  • 1-2 years experience in related advertising background
  • Previous internship experience within account service, a plus
  • Experience working directly with clients and/or in a client services role
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to be proactive and work well with others
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
