Marty Kofsky's work experience begins with their current role as a Customer Support Manager at StarRez, Inc. In this position, Marty is responsible for driving continuous improvement processes, evaluating and implementing tools and processes for world-class service, and maintaining visibility of critical customer issues.

Before joining StarRez, Marty worked at Adirondack Solutions, which is now part of StarRez. They served as the Director of Customer Support and Experience, where they also focused on continuous improvement, tool implementation, and maintaining visibility of customer issues. Prior to that, Marty was the Helpdesk Manager at Adirondack Solutions, responsible for managing helpdesk operations, providing support for software products, and troubleshooting issues.

Marty's earlier work experience includes roles at Missouri S&T, where they served as the Coordinator for Information Support and Hall Governance and as a Resident Director.

Marty Kofsky earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Missouri University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Marty later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Enterprise Resource Planning from the same university, completing their studies from 2007 to 2009.
