Paula Iacob

Paula Iacob is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Stars and Stories® since August 2020, previously holding the title of Associate Customer Success Manager at Unit4 from November 2018 to February 2020. With experience in developing and managing value-added services, product management of support portfolio, sales business partnering, and participation in the design of Customer Success Framework and Methodology, Paula has a strong background in customer success promotions strategy. Additionally, Paula has interned as CPO Operations Intern at Unit4 and worked as a Sales Assistant at Jacobasan S.R.L. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).
