Prior to this, they worked as a Data Team Lead at Bisnode - A Dun & Bradstreet company, leading a team of 25 specialists and driving operational excellence. Risto also has experience as a Reporting Analyst at Swedbank, where they focused on creating and maintaining reports related to security transactions, NPS, and credit risk. Risto started their career as a Soldier in the Estonian Defense Forces, specializing in truck driving. Risto also worked as a Waste Management Specialist at the Ministry of Environment of Estonia, where they worked on biodegradable waste regulation and database management. Risto Plaat completed a Master's degree in Business Information Technology from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in IT Systems Development from the same university between 2017 and 2020.
