Jeff Holmes has extensive experience in customer experience analytics, quality assurance, and technical support across various organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Analytics Partner at Start.ca since September 2016, Jeff manages platform users, maintains critical data, and develops analytical tools to enhance customer service performance. Previous roles include Incident Manager at Davis and Henderson, where Jeff supervised technical teams and ensured compliance with service level agreements, and Senior Help Desk Technician at GoodLife Fitness, responsible for managing help desk operations and technician assignments. Jeff’s career began as a System Engineer at FRI Canada, focusing on hardware and software repairs. Jeff holds diplomas in Computer System Technician and Television Broadcasting from Fanshawe College and Niagara College, respectively.
