Rhawnie has held various titles including Customer Care Manager, Customer Experience Partner, Customer Experience Specialist, Service Desk Agent, Operations Assistant, Fingerprinting Technician, Receptionist/Scheduler, and Crossing Guard. Rhawnie's responsibilities have included coordinating personnel, facilitating communications, maintaining records, scheduling and payroll, reception duties, managing office supplies, and ensuring the safety of children crossing the road. Rhawnie obtained their Ontario Secondary School Diploma from Wheable Adult Education Centre in London, Ontario in 2015.
