Tom Ghelen

Tom Ghelen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Innovation and Liquid Studio Lead for Accenture Belgium since 2001. With a focus on collaboration with innovators, startups, and executives across diverse industries, Tom employs a pragmatic approach to address complex business and societal challenges. Throughout a distinguished career at Accenture, positions have included Associate Director, Management Sponsor for the Environment Operational Committee, and Coordinator of Blockchain Advanced Technology Centers in Europe, among others. Additional roles as a start-up coach at Start it @kbc, and former President of JCI Genk, demonstrate Tom's commitment to fostering innovation and leadership. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from KU Leuven and has foundational experience in logistics and transportation from earlier roles in healthcare.
