Andrea Palomino is an Interaction Designer at Start Reverse, focusing on transforming company names into employer brands, customers into happy fans, co-workers into brand ambassadors, managers into epic leaders, and training into reverse learning. Previously, Andrea worked as an Experience Designer at Selina, a lifestyle hospitality group, where Andrea designed user experiences and gamified solutions. Andrea also has experience as a Graphic Designer at Roas Hunter, handling multichannel advertising for clients in Spain. With a background in Industrial Design and Interaction Design, Andrea has interned at Senso Immersive and DrawLight.net, honing their skills in creating immersive media installations and events.
