Kaylynn Gallo has worked in the administrative field since 2014. Kaylynn began their career at SRS Acquiom as a Senior Executive Assistant, where their duties included managing the executive's time, reading and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, and collecting and analyzing information. In 2017, they moved to Start Closing as a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO. Her responsibilities included extensive calendar coordination and scheduling, managing access to the executive, organizing and scheduling travel arrangements, maintaining and modifying the executive's schedule, meeting and event planning and coordination, PO creation, maintenance, issue resolution, payments and management of accruals, and preparing, processing and tracking expense reports.

Kaylynn Gallo attended Azusa Pacific University where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Communications.
