Vivek Sharma

Vivek Sharma is the Global Chief Revenue Officer at Startek. Part of our executive leadership team, he is responsible for global sales, capability, marketing, and digital initiatives. He leads the global go-to-market (GTM) organization, including key client relationships, business growth and industry-specific digital initiatives.

A dynamic sales and marketing leader with over 25 years of experience in growing and managing large enterprise customers and building large successful sales teams, Vivek’s enterprise sales leadership has helped companies transform their businesses, accelerate growth, and expand strategic partnerships across global markets.

Before joining Startek, Vivek worked with Infosys BPM as Senior Vice President for Global Sales. He was a member of the Executive Council and was responsible for scaling global BPM practice for the company. Other leadership positions include iGATE, Virtusa and Asian Paints.

Vivek holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, a bachelor's degree in Technology from IIT, and an executive management from Stanford Business School. He is an avid hiker, cyclist, and outdoor enthusiast.
