Cayden Trawick

Cayden Trawick has over 15 years of experience in leadership and management roles in sales, customer service, and content development. Cayden has worked as a Senior Sales Manager and Training Manager for RadioShack, Assistant Property Manager, District Team Lead, and Property Manager for Extra Space Storage, and a Customer Account Specialist for Lolli. In 2021, Cayden worked at RegEd as a Content Developer and Project Manager and in 2022 they worked at StartGuides as a Content Developer/QC and at Dote Agency as a Co-Founder/Graphic Designer. Cayden has experience in establishing relationships with subject matter experts, developing site maps, content flow planning, and project management. As a Graphic and Content Designer, Cayden specialized in logo design, content rebranding, and promotional advertising, and understands clients' needs and vision. At Extra Space Storage, they interviewed, hired, and trained multiple employees and implemented new training content to all district employees. Cayden is skilled at file management, existing content updates, proofreading materials, and has expertise in creating e-learning courses using LMS systems.

Cayden Trawick has a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational Communications from East Carolina University. They also have an Associate's degree in General Studies from Daytona State College. Cayden is currently pursuing an A.S. in Graphic Design and Marketing from Wake Technical Community College. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in topics such as instructional design, social media, and marketing copy through institutions such as LinkedIn and HubSpot.
