Jodi McPherson

Jodi McPherson is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in driving growth and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of Work Simplr, a platform designed to streamline freelance work for students and companies, Jodi also holds the position of Vistage Trusted Advisor, facilitating leadership growth for small and midsize business leaders. With a strong background in Go-to-Market strategies and user experience, Jodi has previously contributed to Pearson in multiple senior roles, including VP of Product Strategy and Head of Product & User Experience. Additional experience includes a business strategy specialist role at the Central Mountain Small Business Development Center and a board member position at Jarbly U. Jodi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University and training in User Experience Design from General Assembly.
