Ed Cook

Ed Cook, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management, analytics, and consulting. Currently serving as President of The Change Decision, a consultancy focused on enhancing organizational culture, Ed also holds a position as a Visiting Professor at the University of Richmond, teaching MBA courses in information and decision analytics. Ed's background includes significant roles at Capital One, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing a large call center network to leading national expansion initiatives. Additionally, Ed contributes to various organizations as a board member or mentor, including Circle Center Adult Day Services and Startup Virginia. Ed holds a PhD in Systems Modeling and Analysis from Virginia Commonwealth University, an MBA from Old Dominion University, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University.
