Tim McCann is an accomplished professional in talent operations and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Operations at Hirefly since October 2023 and also involved with StartupExperts, a community for HR, Finance, and Ops leaders, since February 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Census as Head of Talent, Better Place Forests as Director of People & Talent, and Roadster as Director of Talent and Learning. Tim's background includes significant positions at Tesla as a Program and Project Manager, and at Apple as a Specialist Mentor. Early in the career, Tim held roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and EXPRESS. Tim McCann earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Monterey Bay in 2009.
