Işıl Gaye Sandayak

Işıl Gaye Sandayak has been working in the Human Resources field since 2013. Işıl Gaye began their career at Finansbank as a Trainee in 2013, then moved to Bosch as a Human Resources Staffing in 2014. In 2015, they joined Banvit A.S. as a Human Resources Assistant, and in 2016 they became an Human Resources Assistant Specialist at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company. In 2018, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at PepsiCo, and in 2021 they became the Human Resources Manager at StartupHeroes.
