Diane Li has a diverse work experience in the finance and corporate sectors. Diane began their career at General Electric in 1999 as an Operations Manager, where they supervised a product development team and implemented efficient operational processes. Diane then joined Goldman Sachs as an Associate in 2004 before transitioning to The Linde Group as a Senior Analyst in Corporate Finance in 2005. In 2010, Diane started working at GE Capital, where they held multiple roles, including Assistant Vice President in Equity Principal Investment, Power and Renewable, and later as Senior Vice President in Global Structured Debt, Project & Infrastructure Finance. Diane joined Starwood Property Trust in 2018 as the Managing Director of Starwood Infrastructure Finance. Throughout their career, Diane has demonstrated expertise in due diligence, negotiation, execution of structured finance investments, and managing troubled accounts. Diane has also played an integral role in managing equity portfolios and optimizing asset valuation.

Diane Li has pursued higher education in both business and science. Diane holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Fudan University.
