Lindy Smiley

Lindy Smiley is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Managing Director at Starwood Capital Group. Lindy has a strong background in HR management, with previous experiences at companies such as Starwood Property Trust, Home Service USA, and Architectural Interiors of South Florida. Lindy holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Human Resources Certificate from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Human Resources from Syracuse University.
