Casey Birschbach has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. They began their career as a Technical Recruiter at CDI Corporation in 1998, where they successfully placed candidates in permanent and contract positions. Casey then worked as an Outplacement Consultant at CAREERPROS, INC, providing consulting services to clients who had lost their jobs.
In 2003, Casey joined WESTAFF as an On-Location Manager for Mercury Marine, managing the on-site temporary staffing service and sourcing and hiring administrative, sales, customer service, and technical employees. They then worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Mercury Marine, supporting departmental managers in hiring employees and managing the Co-op Program.
Casey's next role was as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiting Supervisor at Bemis Manufacturing Company. They were responsible for recruitment, maintenance of job descriptions, and overseeing the Affirmative Action plan.
In 2009, Casey became a Human Resources Recruiter at Oshkosh Corporation, followed by a role as an Executive Recruiter - HR at Kohl's Corporate Office in 2010. They then joined Trek Bicycle Corporation as a Human Resources Recruiter, where they remained until 2016.
In 2016, Casey joined Capital Computer, LLC as a Senior Recruiter, before moving to STAT Informatic Solutions, first as an HR Business Partner and later as the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Throughout their career, Casey has gained expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR consulting, and management.
Casey Birschbach attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in English.
