Jon Marley has extensive experience in the banking and agricultural sectors, currently serving as an Ag Lender at State Bank since July 2022. Prior roles include Market President at Merchants Bank NA, Vice President Senior Commercial Loan Officer at Horizon Bank, and Community Bank President at Salin Bank & Trust Company. Jon's career began in agriculture as the Owner/Farmer at JMM Farm Partnership, complemented by experience as a Business Banker at 1st Source Bank and Sales Representative positions at The Andersons, Inc. and DuPont Pioneer. Jon Marley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
