Jennifer Colligan Peters

Jennifer Colligan Peters, MA, PHR, PCC has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jennifer is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and DEI Lead at the State Bar of Wisconsin. Prior to this, they owned and operated Uthrive Coaching and Consulting and Screw Perfect, where they provided leadership coaching and consulting services. Jennifer also served as the Human Resources, Inclusion and Diversity Leader at Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District and was responsible for spearheading the organization's diversity and inclusion initiative. Jennifer has held leadership positions at Cascade Asset Management, State of Wisconsin, Prestera Center for Mental Health Services, Inc., Highland-Clarksburg Hospital, and Gateway Community Service Board, where their roles ranged from director positions to counseling and program development. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in strategic leadership, organizational change, diversity and inclusion, and coaching.

Jennifer Colligan Peters holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Marshall University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. In 2014-2015, they obtained a Professional Coaching Certification from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, they have various certifications including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute, and SHRM Certified HR Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
