Jay R. Bobrowsky

Jay R. Bobrowsky's work experience includes serving as the Chair of the California Fraud Assessment Commission, representing the State Compensation Insurance Fund. Jay R. has also been the Senior Vice President of Special Investigations at the State Compensation Insurance Fund. Prior to that, Bobrowsky has held managerial positions in fraud investigations departments at EMPLOYERS, Pacific Specialty Insurance Company, and Farmers Insurance. Jay R. has also served as the Regional Vice President of the Western Region at GlobalOptions. Bobrowsky has expertise in designing and implementing SIU programs and has worked at Esurance and Progressive Insurance in senior special investigations roles. Jay R. began their career as a police officer, conducting various criminal and civil investigations.

Jay R. Bobrowsky has an associate's degree in Social Sciences from the College of San Mateo, which they obtained from 1983 to 1985. Jay R. also attended the San Jose Regional Police Academy at Evergreen Valley College in 1990. Additionally, Jay has obtained various certifications, including courses on communication, leadership development, empathy at work, adaptability during change, prioritization as a leader, impromptu speaking, fraud claims law, and insurance fraud investigation.
