Troy Backus

Troy Backus, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Client Services at State National Companies since November 2024. Previously, Troy operated as the Owner and Lead Consultant at B3 Solutions, LLC, for a brief period in 2024, and held the position of AVP Product and Analytics at UFirst Credit Union from November 2022 to September 2024. In this role, Troy developed and managed a comprehensive product strategy and team focusing on product profitability and member satisfaction. Prior experience includes serving as VP Product Management for Zions Bancorporation, where Troy enhanced and grew the Small Business product line, and holding various leadership roles at Mountain America Credit Union, including VP Experience and AVP Consumer Lending, where Troy directed product strategies and process improvements. Troy is also the owner and president of Arrowhead Financial and worked as a loan officer at New Freedom. Troy holds a BS in Finance from the University of Utah and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
