Youngsoo Son

Youngsoo Son is an experienced environmental scientist with a comprehensive career spanning from 2000 to the present. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Scientist at the State of California since May 2007, Youngsoo Son has progressed through various roles within the Pierce's Disease Control Program, beginning as an Agricultural Biologist and advancing to Senior Environmental Research Scientist (Supervisor). Prior to this, Youngsoo Son was a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the University of California - Riverside in the Department of Entomology. Academic credentials include a PhD in Entomology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, along with M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Entomology and Agricultural Biology, respectively, from Seoul National University.
