Dr. Santita Nunn Odom

Dr. Santita Nunn Odom is a highly experienced professional in education and program management, currently serving as the Senior Training Manager for the State of Illinois since May 2019, where responsibilities include developing agency-wide training and leadership programs. Previously, Dr. Odom held positions such as Grant Administrator, overseeing compliance with the Highway Safety Plan, and Adjunct Faculty at Lincoln College, facilitating graduate courses. Prior experience includes serving as Title I Program Manager for East St. Louis School District 189 and AmeriCorps Project Manager for East St. Louis Public Schools, where Dr. Odom focused on program leadership, fiscal management, and community engagement.
