Brian Hart

Brian Hart is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General in the Child Protection Division for the State of Utah since September 2020. Previously, Brian held various legal roles, including Attorney at Hepworth & Associates and Guardian ad Litem Attorney for the State of Utah's Office of Guardian ad Litem from 2011 to 2019. Earlier in Brian's career, positions included Attorney at Lokken & Associates, where focus areas included Family Law and Mediation, and Vice President of Compliance at Venio LLC, overseeing compliance and asset recovery. Additionally, Brian served as Vice President for ONE World, involved in business development and immigration services. Brian Hart earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Sales and Service from Weber State University.
