Jeff Mottishaw

Jeff Mottishaw, MBA, has extensive experience in various leadership roles within state government and private industry. Currently serving as Budget and Finance Director and previously as Director of Operational Excellence in the Governor's Office for the State of Utah, Jeff has been instrumental in developing a Remote Work program for the Executive Branch. Prior roles at the State of Utah include Director of Fleet Operations, Purchasing Manager, and Contract Manager and Auditor, where Jeff managed significant contracts and financial oversight. Jeff also held the position of Director of Manufacturing and Warehouse at Uppercase Living and Operations Manager at Metro Waste, LLC. Jeff holds an MBA from Weber State University and a BS in Business Management from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
