David Borowski

David Borowski has extensive legal experience, serving as a Circuit Court Judge for the State of Wisconsin since April 2003 and previously as a part-time Court Commissioner for the City of Milwaukee from January 1998 to March 2003. Before these roles, David focused on civil litigation in private practice from May 1991 to March 2003, working at firms such as O’Neil, Cannon & Hollman and Mallery & Zimmerman, as well as practicing as a solo practitioner. David holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Marquette University Law School, completed in 1991, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Marquette University, earned in 1988. David’s foundational education was completed at Messmer High School from 1980 to 1984.
