Kim Plache

Kim Plache is an experienced public servant with extensive leadership roles in Wisconsin government and housing sectors. Plache served as the Deputy Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority from April 2002 until July 2024, following multiple positions focused on community engagement. Prior experience includes serving as a State Senator in the Wisconsin Legislature from January 1996 to January 2002 and a State Representative from January 1988 to June 1996, where responsibilities included public policy initiatives and constituent services. Additionally, Plache contributed to UW Parkside as a member of the School of Business and Technology Advisory Board from January 2002 to May 2019. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from UW-Parkside. Currently retired since July 2024, Kim Plache remains an influential figure in public service.
