Ilaha Saidova

Ilaha Saidova currently serves as the Leading Human Resources Specialist at the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) since October 2024. Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Learning & Development Specialist at Bravo Supermarket Azerbaijan from December 2019 to October 2024 and various roles in human resources at Dalga Beach Aquapark Resort, Excelsior Hotel Baku, and the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication. Ilaha's educational background comprises a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from Azerbaijan State University of Economics and ongoing studies for a Master's degree in Education Management at Khazar University.
