Carlo M. Funk

Carlo M. Funk is an experienced professional in the field of ESG strategy and investment, currently serving as the Global Head of ESG Strategy and EMEA Head of ESG at State Street Global Advisors since September 2019. Prior to this role, Carlo held multiple positions at BlackRock from October 2015 to August 2019, including Specialist Sales and Product Development with a focus on ESG products, as well as Vice President in ETF and Index Investment Sales for Germany. Carlo began their career at J.P. Morgan Chase as a Banker and Banker Analyst in Private Banking from August 2011 to September 2015, and also gained initial experience as a Junior Banker at BHF-BANK from February 2010 to July 2011. Carlo is an alumnus of Maastricht University.
