Simon Roe

Simon Roe, CFA, is a seasoned professional in portfolio management with over two decades of experience at State Street Global Advisors, where Simon has held increasing leadership roles since August 2002. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director and Co-head of Portfolio Management for Active Quantitative Equities, Simon leads the Enhanced Equity funds, managing significant assets under management while ensuring effective communication of performance drivers to global clients. Previous positions include Managing Director of Benchmark Relative Strategies and International Enhanced Equity, where Simon developed ESG strategies and managed global equity portfolios. Earlier experience includes a role as Quantitative Investment Manager at Merrill Lynch and a Senior Consultant position at MSCI Inc. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and International Finance from Bayes Business School.
