Bhavna Ganjoo Soans

Bhavna Ganjoo Soans is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience in the banking, financial services, and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition for India at State Street since August 2021, Bhavna previously held the position of Assistant Vice President for Talent Acquisition at the same company from January 2018 to December 2019. Prior to State Street, Bhavna was the Director of Talent Acquisition for BFSI at Search Point Management from February 2010 to November 2016 and served as an HR Business Partner at National Bank of Fujairah from October 2004 to October 2007. Earlier in the career, Bhavna worked as a Senior HR Executive at TVS Electronics from June 2001 to June 2003.
