Donnalee Demaio

Donnalee Demaio currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for State Street and Hiscox, positions held since April 2022 and November 2021, respectively. Prior to these roles, Donnalee Demaio held various key leadership positions, including Executive Vice President and Global Chief Operating Officer, General Insurance at AIG until April 2022, and Executive Vice President at Arch Insurance Group Inc. in early 2017. A significant tenure at United Guaranty from April 2012 to January 2017 included roles as Chief Executive Officer, Chair of the Board, and Chief Operating Officer. Donnalee Demaio also led MetLife Bank as President and CEO, Chair of the Board from 2002 to 2012, and served as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1993 to 2002, specializing in Financial Services and National Consulting. Education credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Muhlenberg College, earned between 1977 and 1981.
