Heather Dixon

Heather Dixon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Heather began their career in 2006 as a Data Manager at Sunderland City Council, where they were involved in project management and report generation. In 2008, they joined Bloomberg LP as an Installation Coordinator, responsible for implementing new business and ensuring customer satisfaction. Heather later became an Installation Coordinator Team Leader, managing a team of project managers across EMEA. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Enterprise Solutions-Implementation Specialist, overseeing the implementation and deployment of Bloomberg's Enterprise Distribution products. Currently, since 2016, they are a Managing Director at State Street, leading a team of business analysts, project managers, developers, and IT specialists in implementing data aggregation and management services for institutional investor clients. Heather'sprimary responsibilities involve being the main programme lead on client implementation and servicing efforts.

Heather Dixon attended St Anthony's Girls School Sunderland from 1995 to 2002. Later, they studied at Northumbria University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a BA (Hons) in Spanish and Information Studies.
