Rachid Haddi

Rachid Haddi has extensive work experience in various roles within the financial industry. Rachid began their career at State Street Bank as an Account Manager, responsible for overseeing daily pricing and cash positions. Rachid then moved on to Brown Brothers Harriman as a Team Leader, where they worked with internal and external clients to resolve inquiries and improve service levels. Rachid joined State Street Global Advisors as a Principal, managing a team that supported portfolio managers in implementing investment policies. Rachid later joined State Street as an Assistant Vice President, leading the business development and consulting group. In this role, they managed due diligence teams and negotiated outsourcing mandates. Rachid then became a Vice President, taking on the role of IMS Product Management Lead and Business Architect. Rachid led new product initiatives, coordinated with key stakeholders, and provided leadership in onboarding efforts. Most recently, Rachid worked at State Street as a Managing Director, first leading the New Business Integration team and then focusing on New Business Integration and Pricing. In these roles, they implemented digital workflows, improved pricing processes, and enhanced reporting capabilities to deliver impactful insights and solutions.

Rachid Haddi completed a Certificate-Pre-employment Program for Financial Services at New England College of Business in 1998-1999. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's degree in Computer Programming and Management from EMSI between 1996 and 1998. Rachid also obtained an Associate's degree in Mathematics-Physics from University Ben M'sik Sidi Othman, Morocco from 1993 to 1996.
