Victor Barron

Victor Barron has a strong background in compensation, benefits, and mobility management. Victor started their career as a Payroll Auxiliary at INFRA México in 1994 and moved on to becoming a Personal Supervisor at Coca-Cola FEMSA in 1997. In 1999, they became a Compensation and Benefits Jr. Manager at Mabe and later joined Philips as a Compensation and Benefits Corporate Manager in 2003. Victor then worked at BASF as a Compensation, Benefits & Mobility Manager from 2006 to 2008. Victor continued to progress in their career by joining The Coca-Cola Company as an International C&B and Mobility Sr. Manager from 2008 to 2012. Currently, Victor works as a Global Rewards Vice President at State Street.

Victor Barron obtained a Master's Degree in Organization Development from INESPO, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (LAE) at Universidad Franco Mexicana, S.C., studying from 1992 to 1995. Victor also holds certification in "Thinking Strategically as a Manager" from Skillsoft, obtained in 2020.
