Sophia Avouris

Sophia Avouris is a skilled data management professional with extensive experience in voter registration and outreach initiatives. Currently serving as the Voter Registration Data Manager at State Voices, Sophia supports various groups across the U.S. by managing data, reporting, and pipelines while collaborating on software development. Previous roles include Data Manager at One Arizona and Arizona Wins, where responsibilities involved administering VAN access, ensuring data hygiene, and developing training materials. Experience also includes working with the Ohio Democratic Party as a Voter File and Party Affairs Associate and organizing community engagement with Ohio Citizen Action.
